Active Weekends
Brighton and Hove is a vibrant weekend break hot spot. Great for shopping, eating out, clubbing and of course the beach. When you think of a weekend trip here you probably think over-eating and drinking loads and spending a fortune. But I have created an alternative weekend break that might just be better for your body and soul.
How about an active weekend where you get to swim, cycle, run, hike and even slot in a circuit training session? We have the beach to the south of us and countryside of the Downs to the north.
I can put together a 2 day activity schedule to suit your fitness ability, recommend places to stay, great healthy places to eat and show you parts of Brighton and Hove that most people miss on an average messy weekend. Exercise, great food, fresh air, spot of shopping, seeing the area. What’s not to love right?
