These terms cover the conditions that we supply services to you.
Why you should read them
Please read these terms carefully before you sign up to use our services. These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide services to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information. If you think that there is a mistake in these terms, please contact us to discuss.
Who we are
Pink Trainers Personal Training is founded and managed by Leonie Lawmon, a sole trader, with Level 3 Personal Trainer.

How we may contact you
With your permission we will contact you via text or call on your mobile, email or via Whatsapp or Social Media messages. We would also like permission to contact you through the Pink Trainers training app Everfit.
Prior to signing up
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully and get in touch to ask any questions. Payment for online coaching is deemed as acceptance of these terms.
Health Checks and Indemnity Waiver
All clients will be required to complete a PAR-Q form as part of the training set up process.
If there are any changes to a Client’s health, general wellbeing and medical situation, it is their duty to immediately notify the Trainer. If the Client is aware of any changes to their health but fails to inform the Trainer of such changes, leading to anything perceived as negative from the personal training programme, you agree to not hold the Trainer liable.
In the event of any problems aside from insurance covered liability, or you experience anything perceived as “negative” from the personal training programme, you agree to hold the “the Trainer” blameless.
By agreeing to this contract, you agree to take full responsibility should you not be presented with your expected outcome. Though, be assured that the Trainer will do everything to help you avoid such out of the ordinary problems or negative consequences of the personal training sessions.
Results/Warranties
While the Trainer fully believe exercise, specifically exercised personalized to the Client, is beneficial to the Client’s health and wellness, the Trainer cannot guarantee the results of Training Sessions.
The Trainer makes no representations and/or warranties that the Client will lose weight, gain muscle mass, be able to engage in any specific physical and/or athletic activity, or will attain any other particular and/or specific results.
The Trainer strongly encourages the Client to follow a healthy diet in conjunction with personal training and continued exercise.
Hours of Business
Online Coaching business hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm.
The Trainer is only therefore available to be in contact during these times and, unless time sensitive, aims to come back to the Client within 24 hours.
Billing
The client is required to pay for the initial 6 week programme up front by credit or debit card.
On completion of the 6 week programme the client has to option to remain in the group coaching programme on a rolling monthly basis. Once signed up to this package payment by card is required each month.
Cancellation Policy
If you follow the program, completing all of the scheduled sessions using the progressive techniques coached, and are not stronger after 30 days you have the option to cancel and claim a full refund. This is our money back guarantee.
You can cancel your rolling monthly subscription at any time using the link in your payment receipt.
Injury or Illness
In the unfortunate event of long-term injury or illness where medical advice is to cease training for an extended period of time, please contact Leonie Lawmon (Pink Trainers PT) through your training app inbox or email at leonie@pinktrainerspt.com to discuss options for staying in the community while downgrading your training.
Termination of Contract
The 6 week programme may not be terminated by the client once initial payment has been made unless the client is able to prove that they have followed the prescribed program in it's entirety and are no stronger than at the start by the 30th day as per our money back guarantee.
The rolling monthly package may be cancelled at any time using the link in your payment receipt.
The trainer reserves the right to terminate the contract with immediate effect in the event of any breakdown in the client trainer relationship or behaviour in the group community that is not in the spirit of Team Pink, Pink Trainers Personal Training.
Storing Personal Information
In order to provide Services to you, the Trainer will need to hold and process your personal information.
The Trainer will only process this in accordance with the applicable data protection laws and rules.
How we will use your personal information
We will use your personal information to contact you about your programme and if you have given your permission, to inform you about other services that may interest you.

Severability
If any provision of this Contract shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute arising out of this Contract that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the Trainer and the Client agree, in the first instance to attend mediation.
Health and safety
Any advice taken from this website or any Pink Trainers social media platform is taken at your own risk. You should seek advice from your GP or a qualified fitness professional before entering into any exercise. We will not be held responsible for any injuries as a result of any information used.
