Personal Training
Whether you are local to Brighton and Hove or at the other end of the country where there is a will there is a way. I offer online and 121 coaching in a variety of monthly packages, so I have got you covered. Boom!
121 training sessions are held in my ace private garden training studio (PTHQ) in West Hove and I use Google Meet for online coaching.
My coaching style is cheerleader motivator badass. I specialise in women's strength and conditioning training and make it my mission to empower my clients by coaching them to lift weights, get strong and find joy in exercise. There will be hard work but there will also be a LOT of laughter and fun.
Strength training will be at the core of all training plans and this can be in the form of bodyweight exercises, resistance band or dumbbell work right through to barbell coaching. Flexibility and mobility is also a key ingredient for training programmes and of course cardio conditioning. The most important thing is that I will firstly do a complete health and lifestyle profile so that I can create a programme to suit you.
Duo Training
Sometimes it can feel a bit intimidating training 121 although trust me…I’m all about being friendly and putting you at ease. If you would prefer to train with a friend, we can set up a duo training programme. Ideally you need to have similar goals so I can create a programme that works for you both. Training sessions are held at the PTPT training studio in Hove.
THE PTPT STUDIO
The PTPT training studio is in the garden of my home in Hove, East Sussex. With an fantastic selection of equipment it has everything we need for a top to toe training programme. Double doors open out onto a large garden with outdoor gym set up so in the warm weather we can take some elements of training outside for a dose of fabulous fresh air. It is VERY awesome!
