I am not a dietician. I am not a Nutrionist. I am a Nutrition Coach. That means I am qualified to give you nutrition information and guidance and help support you form positive sustainable eating habits. Being a personal trainer isn’t just about helping people exercise. We also have to understand how to fuel the engine.
I offer Personal Training clients quick kick start advice or a longer mentoring programme to help you understand your relationship with food and work towards creating a healthy, balanced and most importantly manageable lifestyle. It is not nutrition boot camp and I don’t dictate what you eat but I will help you with psychological support to back up the science of macro counting and food groups.
