Absolutely not! Everyone has to start somewhere. You just have to want to start.
You should be doing some exercise daily even if this is getting your steps in. I recommend at least once weekly with myself to get the most out of your training programme, but we can work round any schedule to suit you.
Comfy, comfy, comfy. Trainers and comfortable clothing that you can move in. If we are training outside multiple light layers that are easily removed as you warm up. Pink is not obligatory of course but I do find clients love for my favourite colour tends to grow and before you know it items of pink kit start appearing.
Your lovely self, a pair of trainers to workout in, towel and a water bottle is all you need.
I have a very awesome private training studio in my garden in West Hove. Affectionately known as PTHQ it really is ace!
If we are training 121 you do not need equipment although for advanced weight lifting I may recommend weight belts and straps. For online clients we can work with most things you have to hand but I may suggest a few small pieces of kit to purchase, such as resistance bands, to help you progress with your programme.
All the benefits of personal training with the energy and motivation of a buddy. I offer duo training programmes for 2 clients who want to work together towards similar goals.
