Bodyweight Strength Class
45 minutes of no equipment required exercise to help develop your total body strength for just £4
Using a combination of acrobatic dance strength drills and traditional bodyweight resistance exercises I'll take you through your paces to get those muscles working. This class is perfectly suited to beginners and those who do some resistance training in their week already and are looking to add a fun session to their workout plan.
As an acrobatic dance instructor and a weightlifter I've combined my knowledge of the two to give you a session that will teach you awesome technique and posture and help develop your total body strength. Be prepared to feel the burn, break a sweat, potentially break out a dance move or two and definitely have fun!
The class is held via Zoom on a Tuesday evening from 6.30pm to 7.15pm. As always spaces are limited because this is a fully coached class so you will get exercise instruction and I am able to tailor movements to suit your ability. Plus we like to have a giggle and a chat while we work out too so classes are always compact and bijoux.
